The lack of animal parts that I did not order was a high point. 2/5, would not recommend.
The food was acceptable, there were no rat heads in the chili. However, it took over an hour to get the food. The service was awful. Nice environment, and the atmosphere was cool. But again, really not good service.
Ate there twice last week. First night, female waitress more interested in bar patrons than us. Second night, guy tending bar and waiting tables was outstanding, attentive, and eager to talk about the dishes offered. Food far better than expected. Soup, combo plate, green chile burgers all rate with the best in Taos. Would go back again and do recommend.

We were up for the weekend my son and me stopped to have a few beers and check out the place before deciding on a place for dinner, a young lady waited on us she was very nice had a few beers asked about dinner for 9 people around 7/730 pm and if reservations were needed she said its best, but would accommodate us and they did. The service was good and the food was great. Friendly and pretty fast considering there were 9 in my family. Some reviews are critical but we did not experience anything but great service and food, thank you.
